Love this trend, like a modern twist on a western blouse. Buy one or even make your own (hello Bedazzler, which I have seen at Urban Outfitters before). Of course the lowest priced version is at Forever 21 for only $18 (they only have the one style now, but I'm sure they will have more soon!).
